3 days Lake Mburo National Park
EXPLORE MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK

- 6 days / 5 night
- Murchison Falls National Park
A drive from Kampala to Lake Mburo takes around 5-6 hours, depending on the stops. Among the stops are the equator, where we pause to conduct an experiment to see how water swirls clockwise or anticlockwise. The experiment lasts only 30 minutes, followed by bathroom stops, coffee breaks, and possible food stops.
The safari to the countryside begins. Located 250 km from Kampala, Lake Mburo is one of Uganda’s best-kept secrets for game drives. It is among Uganda’s smallest but most unique national parks. Lake Mburo is the most accessible and one of the few parks where you can see zebras in Uganda. It is also the only game park to support a population of impala, the antelope creature Kampala is named after.
In the park, there are options available to take the rare opportunity to see game on foot or by bicycles. Stay overnight at one of the lodges of your choice as per the plan. We can also enjoy bicycle rides and nature walks to track all animals. Lake Mburo is the park where one can freely walk and even see all animals that reside there.
Experience a cultural show that brings you close to the culture of the longhorn Ankole cattle and the cow culture.
This kind of place is so nice that I recommend 2 nights and 3 days, but we can work with anyone according to their time and plan in a personalized way.
